Farewell, my dearest friend
Farewell, Jeffrey. It's indeed sad to see you leave and I imagined you crying as you entered the departure gate, as you did not turn your head back. You've been such a joy and blessing in my life.
I cried a lot. And I asked why. This is the answer: Out of my 21 years in life, there has been no friend who knows me and understands me and loves me the way you did. I can truly open up and share with you the problems and issues in my life and you were always there listening. I have longed for such a friend since young and I thank God for you.
We've been through a lot together. Praying for one another, fasting for one another, encouraging one another, rebuking one another, playing with each other, helping one another, cooking for one another, serving together and so many more tough and happy times.
Though it's really sad and painful to see you leave Melbourne, I pray that one day, our paths will cross again one day. I will always support you in prayer and in whatever way possible.
