This was wat i cooked for dinner last nite...char siew chicken wif tomato wif egg. was very tasty!! haha! think this was the most filling home cooked dinner i have had so far! the char siew may not look like charsiew to some ppl (due to the colour and coz i was lazy to cut it into slices..), but it really tasted like char siew!
big thanks to my mum for the recipe and cooking tip! email me more good recipes if u can and if u dun want ur poor son to lose more weight... (haha! working towards a 65kg target...muahahahahaz)
