zoom! and it is now the 4th week of uni. i have gained into the full swing of uni already. this are some thoughts abt my units i m taking this sem
it may be early to say but i feel tt i may have an easier time this sem than last sem. coz i dun need to work so much like last sem where i had business law and money capital markets subj..these 2 units took up a lot of my time.
this sem, i love all the units i m doing. so i guess it's the passion i have for these subjects tt r making my life easier. applied mico/macroeconomics is no prob to me so far. quite interesting. i have an excellent professor lecturer teaching trade finance and forreign exchange..making me love the subject. more confident in finance than b4 thanx to this professor. data modelling is the subj i love most, being a business stat subj. it requires the least amt of reading and work..lol! all i need to know are the basic concepts and how to solve probs using excel..very fun and easy!(for now..)
but i cant really say the same for marketing...taking consumer behaviour. i gotta admit tt theoretical subjects like management and marketing are not my type...it's not tt kind of critical thinking kind of subj...i dun feel so comfortable in consumer behaviour. after so many lects, i cant really link the concepts tt well in my head.. neither can i see the big picture...crapz....my past academic results have proven tt i cant take this kind of subjects. my management and marketing subjs in the past 2 sems were the lowest scoring marks relative to my other subjects..
i dun think it's how i study for it..but rather how well i can see the picture..
but anywayz..i m feeling more relaxed this sem than last sem...so i think tt's good..more time for myself this sem...starting to like my timetable too..although waking up is a HUGE problem every morning...lolx! u can get sarah to testify tt..lolx!
yupz..tt's my thoughts so far..hopefully i can carry on my passion and momentum on for another 10 weeks..haha!
